Purposes of data processing
Safran (www.safran-group.com) implements a data processing as part of the management of the project of Safran’s foundations (creation of an account on this platform, monitoring of the application forms). The applicant gives his/her consent for the processing of his/her data he/she has freely given for the above purpose.
The provision of this data is required for the application. The applicant can withdraw his/her consent at any time but this will result in the invalidity of this application.
Data collected
In the context of the filing of applications, the following personal data may be collected :
- Identification data : name, surname, civility, title, date of birth, professional email adress or personal (if no professional email adress), personal postal adress (if no professional adress), phone, GSM, fax, language of choice.
NB : Minors may apply to the Music foundation, however :
- Records of persons under 15 years of age will be deleted immediatly ;
- The legal representatives are responsible for the application of minors
- Professional data : company, function, association and statutory purpose, adress postal if applicable
- Banking data : The RIB can be collected via the website (for Patronage) or by post or email (from the foundation for music and the fondation for integration)
Recipients
The data will be accessible by the General Delegate for patronage, the Safran Corporate Foundations team, the membres of the board of directors of each foundation and of the patronage committee for their respective scope and by the platform provider.
Retention period
- The data of unsuccessful applicant and unsuccessfu young talent: files are anonymised 5 years after the decision of refusal
- Successful applicant: files are anonymised 5 years after the last action on the file
- Successful young talent : the data are kept for patrimonial purposes
Safety
The data is not transferred outside the European Union.
As part of Safran’s legitimate interest in securing its information system by ensuring traceability, connection logs are also processed and stored for a duration of one year; they are only accessible by Safran Corporate Foundation and Patronage team and the IT security team.
Rights of data subjects
Applicants have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability on their personal data and their processing. They also have the right to object. To exercise their rights, they can write to the Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. They can also lodge a complaint with the French Data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
